The San Jose Sharks played their first game back on October 4, 1991. This Game ended in a 4-3 loss against the Vancouver Cunucks. The Sharks have yet to win a Stanley Cup since the start of their short history, but hope to soon with talented players such as Vincent Damphousse and Gary Suter hoping to be back next season. With youngsters such as Patrick Marleau, Alexander Koroluk, and Marco Sturm, not to leave out the potentially all-star defensmen, Brad Stuart, The San Jose Sharks could become a powerful team thet no one wants to play.
